Planning fees and cancellations
Planning fees are paid before detailed planning begins and are credited to your booking. They are non-refundable once planning starts. Supplier cancellation terms (hotels, tours, cruises, flights) are shared in writing before you book and apply in addition to any planning fee.
How I’m paid
Hotels, tour companies and cruise lines pay a commission to my host agency when you book through me. This does not change the price you pay. Where I receive a commission or other benefit, I disclose it.
Travel insurance
I can share the travel insurance plans offered through my host agency. Insurance is optional, and I don’t advise on whether a policy covers your situation: please read the policy terms or speak to the insurer.
Prices
Trip prices shown on this site are per person, from, based on two travelers sharing, and subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights are not included unless stated. Planning fees are per trip.
Privacy
Details you send through this site are used only to plan and book your trip, and are shared with suppliers only as needed to confirm your reservations. You can ask me to delete your information at any time at hello@tamsinlarkin.com.
